We offer online ordering of our current selection of over 450 possible products and configurations. Contact us if you have questions on which option best suits your needs, you do not see what you are looking for, or if you want a custom piece of trackwork built.
Due to the complications of calculating shipping costs (outside of the continental United States) and sales tax (within the United States), our ordering process is as follows:
- Click on the scale/gauge below and add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart (quantity is set later); return to this page if you wish to add items from another scale/gauge.
- When you have added the individual items to your cart, click the "View Cart" button that will appear at the top of the page, to provide us with your information and to adjust the quantity of each item that is in your shopping cart, including removing any of them.
- The final step is to indicate how you would prefer to pay for your order.
- Our web site will then notify us of your order.
- We will add the appropriate sales tax and shipping & handling. Shipping & handling within the United States is $20 for the complete order. Shipping & handling outside the United States will be estimated on the invoice and, after a $5 material cost for packaging, any excess will be refunded, promptly.
- You will receive an e-mail from us invoicing you for the order.
- We will commence your order when we have received your payment in full.
- Orders are built in sequence based on when payment is received. You will receive e-mails on the status of your order: payment received, expected start fabrication date, order complete, and order shipped with tracking #.
